Hi, I just wanted to send a note of Thanks! I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for my parents for Christmas this year through Teleflora. My parents live in West Palm Beach and I was coming to visit them from Buffalo for the holiday. I sent a personal note to Teleflora, asking them to please take special care with the arrangement (fresh flowers, make it special, etc) because I wanted my parents to have something special. My mother especially loves beautiful centerpieces for her table. When I arrived several days before Christmas, my father told me that they had received the arrangement. He proceeded to tell me that my mother was "flabbergasted", and utterly delighted with the flower arrangement - it was the most beautiful centerpiece she had ever seen. Indeed, when I set my eyes upon it myself, it truly was magnificent! I wanted to take this opportunity to personally Thank You for your service, and the care you take in creating your product. The flowers were fresh, smelled good, arranged beautifully, and lasted. We enjoyed this beautiful centerpiece every night with dinner, for a week. My mother will even be able to use some of the parts in the arrangement to create her own "planter". I really appreciate your everyday professionalism, and/or the special care and effort you made in creating this item of joy for my parents. It meant the world to me...
